Prices, Limits and Taxes

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date on your purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must call 1-877-537-9665 or send us an email message at customer@aussiee.com within the fourteen (14) day. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment. Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments. See the offer associated with the specific promotion for details. However, items purchased with rewards certificates or free shipping promotions are eligible for price adjustments. We will not make price adjustments on online purchases for items featured in clearance pricing events. Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, either online or in stores.

Limits

Our merchandise is not authorized for re-sale, so in order to enforce this policy, online purchases are limited to ten (10) items per style, per customer. However, there may be certain exceptions to this policy. Please contact us at 1-877-537-9665 to discuss your bulk ordering needs. (Certain restrictions may apply).

Bulk Order Shipping Costs

Some orders may be subject to bulk order shipping costs. We calculate this cost based on the number of boxes required to ship your order. The cost of bulk shipping, if applicable, will be disclosed when you place your bulk order by phone and also provided to you in your shipment notification email.

Tax Policy

Tax charges are based on applicable federal, provincial and harmonized sales tax rates based on the delivery address associated with your order. Where required, sales tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the sales tax you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the sales tax you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are non refundable once an item has been shipped. Shipments are via Canada Post or Purolator. Shipments to International AddressesAt this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.

Order Status and Tracking

Order Confirmation

You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:

1. The first confirms that your order was received. This email will arrive within about 24 hours.
2. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse.

Change in Your Order Status

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email immediately. Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges. Returning an Online PurchaseWe want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, either online or in stores.

Mail your item(s) using the pre-paid Canada Post shipping label included in your package. When using another shipping method, additional charges will apply. Please be sure to send to the following address:

You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased for final sale.

Can I return Final Sale items online or to a store?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, online or in stores. 

Can I get a price adjustment for an online purchase?

Changes & Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 1-877-537-9665 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please refer to our returns policy for information on returning or exchanging items you have ordered.

Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
